Our team is made up of a diverse group of people, each with their own unique skills and experiences. We are committed to helping our community rid itself of e-waste and becoming environmentally conscious by doing so.

Project Head
Allenah de Guzman
The Project Head is responsible for:

Developing new ideas and planning the proper execution of the project.

Organizing the tasks and distributing them fairly to the team members.

Motivating the team and reminding them to always do their best in every task.

Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that all deadlines are met

Assistant Project Head
Pauleen Baltazar
The Assistant Project Head is responsible for:

Assisting the project head all throughout the project.

Helping the project head facilitate every activity or progress done for the project.

Offer assistance to the other members of the team.
-
Give opinions or insights about the plans of each team.

Creatives Head
Mireya Tolentino
The Creatives Head is Responsible for:

Supervising the entire creative process.

Maintaining a cohesive look and feel of a project.
-
Conceptualizing ideas and concepts that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Providing the appropriate publication material required for the project.

Content Head
Charmane Almero
The Content Head is responsible for:

Managing content to be published on E-Wasto’s Facebook page and website;
-
Overseeing the submission, editing, and reviewing of digital media content with the basic elements of multimedia being incorporated;

Promoting the advocacy project’s mission and vision in all publicity materials

Content Curator
Juan Carlos Antonio
The Content Curator is responsible for:

Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and core values.

Creating and publishing engaging and relevant content on social media platforms, including text posts, images, and videos.
-
Responding to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.

Logistics Head
Ross Bajal
The Logistics Head is responsible for:

Updating and evaluating the time tracker for every task done which includes the deadlines to be followed and the status of completion for each task

Ensuring that the deadlines set for the respective tasks are met

Taking note of the benchmark dates that serve purpose for the organization

Providing a summary/report of the progress of the organization

Partnerships Head
Angelika Calamaan
The Partnership Head is responsible for:

Scoping out potential partners and/or affiliates that can broaden the organization's reach and opportunities.

Developing external partnerships to drive organization's growth.

Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives and execution.

Finance Head
Alexieb Palarca
The finance head is responsible for:

The organization’s finances and making sure that the organization will be as profitable as possible

Conducting and analyzing risk in financial transactions

Approving or rejecting budget proposals

Recommend cost-reducing measures

Ensure all activities are on budget
