Our group’s mission is to reduce e-waste and spread awareness about the different methods that can help us accomplish our mission. The methods that we consider to achieve our goals are deleting emails, recycling e-waste, lengthening devices’ lifespan, donating e-waste to social programs, and donating e-waste for eco-bricks. 

E-waste is not a well-known issue yet, and spreading awareness about it will be a big help to the environment. E-waste is a major contributor to health and environmental problems. Electronics contain toxic metals like lead, cadmium, and mercury. These toxic metals are harmful to people’s health. Since e-waste is not biodegradable, it contributes to water, air, and land pollution. These are the reasons why we have to share with people why we need to reduce and hopefully eliminate e-waste. Once people know more about e-waste, they will have the urge to help.
